When we founded Stow Coffee in 2015, we wanted to bring an exceptional selection of coffees to Slovenia and the wider region. The name Stow is derived from the once-renowned local factory STOL from Kamnik, at the foot of the Kamnik Alps, where our roastery is also located.

Aleš is the heart and soul of the Stow Coffee roastery. As an experienced roaster, he is dedicated to the art of coffee roasting and ensuring the high quality of our products. At the same time, he is also the owner of the company, taking responsibility for guiding and developing the team.
The Head of Accounting and Finance at Stow Roastery plays a key role in the company’s financial management.
Klemen is responsible for customer care and successful coffee delivery. With his friendly nature and organizational skills, he ensures that customers are satisfied and that coffee is delivered on time to the right places.
Franci is the Head of Service Department, responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring that coffee is prepared at the highest level. His technical knowledge is essential for the smooth operation of the roastery.
Peter is responsible for quality control, green coffee sourcing, leading the Stow Academy, and customer training. In addition, he manages the marketing and visual identity of Stow Roastery. With his creativity and expertise, he promotes the roastery and ensures a unique experience for customers.
Sebastjan is the manager of Stow Café in Ljubljana. He focuses on ensuring exceptional coffee preparation quality. His dedication and expertise are reflected in every cup that delights our guests.
